Job summary

PT Hiro Group Indonesia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory control, distribution, and team performance. You will drive accuracy, safety, and efficiency while ensuring stock integrity across our food, beverage, and hospitality materials.

This role requires strong leadership and a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a warehouse team, develop SOPs, monitor costs and service levels, and collaborate with Procurement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of inventory control, distribution processes, and warehouse management.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with inventory systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and distribution.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
Maintain proper storage, handling, and documentation for materials.
Monitor inbound/outbound goods and ensure complete, accurate records.
