Job summary

PT. Pandurasa Kharisma is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse operations in Jakarta.

The role focuses on efficient receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch with strict adherence to FIFO/FEFO, temperature controls, and safety standards. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 4 years in a managerial warehouse position within FMCG distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field.
• 4+ years as Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role.
• Experience in FMCG/food & beverage distribution preferred.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, stock control and KPI.
• Hands-on SAP experience for warehouse and inventory transactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, loading and dispatch.
• Ensure proper storage and handling with FIFO/FEFO and temperature requirements.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and discrepancy investigations.
• Monitor expiring, near-expiry, damaged, slow-moving, and non-moving stock.
• Manage warehouse space, layout, equipment, and processes for efficiency.
• Ensure accurate use of SAP/WMS/ERP systems and warehouse transactions.
• Develop and enforce SOPs, food safety, hygiene and warehouse safety standards.
• Lead warehouse team: scheduling, training, coaching and performance reviews.
• Set and achieve KPI and productivity targets; control operating costs and drive cost-efficiency.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensuring efficient operations, accurate inventory, proper product handling, and high service levels.

Key responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, loading, and delivery preparation.

Ensure proper storage and handling of products according to company standards, including FIFO/FEFO and temperature requirements.

Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, including stock counting, cycle count, stock reconciliation, and investigation of discrepancies.

Monitor expired, near-expiry, damaged, slow-moving, and non-moving stock.

Manage warehouse space, layout, equipment, and operational processes efficiently.

Ensure effective use and accuracy of SAP/WMS/ERP systems and warehouse transactions.

Develop and ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and warehouse safety standards.

Manage warehouse manpower, including scheduling, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.

Set, monitor, and achieve warehouse KPI and productivity targets.

Control warehouse operating costs and implement continuous improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.

About you

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar managerial warehouse position.

Must have experience working in a distribution company, preferably in FMCG / Food & Beverage distribution.

Strong experience in warehouse and distribution operations, including receiving, storage, picking, inventory control, and dispatch.

Must have hands-on experience using SAP, particularly for warehouse and inventory-related transactions.

Strong knowledge of inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, stock control, and warehouse KPI.

Experienced in managing and developing warehouse teams.

Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Able to work under pressure and manage multiple operational priorities.

Experience handling ambient, chilled, and/or frozen food products is an advantage.
