Job summary

PT Yupi Indo Jelly Gum in Karanganyar, Central Java, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan, manage receiving, storage and shipping, ensuring SOPs and GMP standards are followed.

You will lead a warehouse team, ensure stock accuracy between physical and system, and drive SAP-based operations in a finish goods environment with a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Warehouse Finish Goods.
• Diploma 3 from any major.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Computerized systems experience; SAP familiarity.
• Good knowledge of supply chain and warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
• Supervise warehouse operations and ensure SOPs are followed.
• Ensure stock accuracy between physical inventory and system.
• Maintain documentation for goods in/out flows.
• Implement GMP, HACCP, 5S, and ISO standards.

Job description

Planning and managing warehouse operations, including receiving products from production, storing products, and shipping products.

Supervising and controlling warehouse operations.

Ensuring all SOPs in the warehouse are implemented properly.

Ensuring, supervising, and controlling the flow of goods in and out, accompanied by complete supporting documentation.

Ensuring actual product stock in the field matches the system in the computer.

Ensuring all warehouse activities are carried out according to established procedures and work instructions.

Implementation of SOPs, WI, GMP (sanitation hygiene), HACCP, 5S, BRC, ISO, Standards, Rules and Company Regulations.

Qualification

Having experience minimum 3 years in Warehouse Finish Goods.

Minimum Diploma 3 of any major.

Strong leadership & good communication skill.

Computerize skill and familiar with SAP.

Good knowledge about supply chain and warehouse management system.
