Job description

We are looking for an experienced Production Assistant Manager – Ice Cream Specialist to join our manufacturing team in GIIC Deltamas, Kabupaten Bekasi. The ideal candidate is a hands‑on production professional with strong technical knowledge of ice cream manufacturing processes, production management, quality, food safety, and team leadership.

Key responsibilities

Manage and supervise daily ice cream production operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and efficiency.

Ensure production processes comply with GMP, HACCP, food safety, quality, and company standards.

Monitor and optimize key ice cream manufacturing processes, including mix preparation, homogenization, pasteurization, aging, freezing, filling, hardening, and packing.

Identify production problems, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Monitor production efficiency, yield, material usage, downtime, and process losses.

Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and operators.

Coordinate closely with QA/QC, R&D, Engineering, Warehouse, Planning, and Maintenance teams.

Ensure production equipment and processes operate safely and efficiently.

Prepare production reports and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Support new product/process trials and production scale‑up when required.

About you

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Mandatory experience in the Ice Cream Industry.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Supervisor, preferably with experience in an ice cream manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of ice cream production processes and technology.

Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality management systems.

Strong leadership, analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Able to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and manage production teams.

Willing to work in GIIC Deltamas, Kabupaten Bekasi.
