Job description

Own end to end commercial operations, including order processing, billing, shipment coordination, and customer fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Closely collaborate in cross-functional coordination to ensure customer orders are delivered as planned & resolve any commercial and operational issues.

Analyze sales and market performance, providing data driven insights on trends, distributor performance, and growth opportunities.

Support market development across international markets and distribution channels to strengthen market presence and maximize revenue potential.

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in commercial, sales, or business development roles within a consumer goods company, with exposure to sales operations in a multi distribution model. Experience in international/export business at a supervisory level is highly preferred.

Strong leadership, negotiation, and deal-closing skills, with strategic thinking and ability to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong business reporting and presentation skills.

Fluent in written and spoken English. Proficiency in a relevant local language (Mandarin, Arabic, Tagalog, Spanish/French) is a strong plus for engaging with regional and international partners.
