Job summary

PT ABC Kogen Dairy in Bandung, Indonesia, seeks a skilled professional to oversee finished goods, raw materials, and packaging inventory. You will develop and manage the Master Production Schedule, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely procurement and production alignment with forecasts.

Requirements include a relevant degree and 3–5 years in production planning or SCM, with SAP proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or supply chain management.
• Strong knowledge of Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and inventory management.
• Proficiency with SAP to manage production and inventory.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels for Finished Goods, Raw Materials, and Packaging Materials to ensure optimal stock levels and avoid production delays.
• Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to align production activities with customer orders and demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely procurement of raw materials and packaging.
• Manage and optimize SAP usage for inventory and production planning activities.
• Ensure production schedules are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Identify and implement improvements to inventory management processes to reduce costs and enhance operational efficiency.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status, production progress, and supply chain performance for management review.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead, Develop and Evaluate team performance.

Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to align production activities with customer orders and demand forecasts.

Manage and optimize SAP usage for inventory and production planning activities.

Ensure production schedules are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Job Requirement:
