Job summary

PT Yili Indonesia Dairy (Sales Office) is seeking a Business Development Assistant for Manokwari/Mamuju. The role focuses on channel development, distributor management and achieving sales objectives.

You will spend ~80% in the field, coaching distributors and assisting the Regional Sales Manager in executing strategies, planning orders, and improving performance across GT and modern trade outlets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Strong in field sales, leadership and communication.
• English proficiency is MUST.
• Experience: minimum 2 years in FMCG sales; fresh graduates welcome.
• Proven track record in driving sales growth with distributors.
• High computer literacy: PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Have driving license (SIM C).

Responsibilities

• Manage distributors to achieve sales growth and strong distribution.
• Assist Regional Sales Manager to execute sales strategy and plans.
• Spend 80% of time in the field coaching and developing distributors.
• Design Journey Plan, territory management and control.
• Ensure implementation of National Trade Marketing programs.
• Acquire new outlets (NOO) for General Trade and MTI.
• Provide data and insights for continuous improvement.

Business Development Assistant (MANOKWARI / MAMUJU)

Managing distributors to achieve sales growth, excellent distribution and develop high.

Assist Regional Sales Manager to execute sales strategy, order plan, sales plan and achieve company target & business objective.

80% time spend in the field; coaching, monitoring, development and ensure operational excellent.

Excellent in designing PJP (Journey Plan), territory management and control.

To ensure excellent implementation of the National Trade Marketing program.

New Open Outlet (NOO) Acquisition, both of General Trade (GT) and Local Supermarket (MTI).

Continuously conduct asset tracking in order to avoid any missing asset/unproductive assets in the future.

Able to provide the required data and information as well as to analyze them for further improvement.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in any major.

Technical Competency: Strong in field sales, Leadership, Communication.

Language Competency: English proficiency is MUST.

Experience: minimum 2 years sales experience in well known FMCG company. Fresh Graduate are also welcome to apply.

Proven track record in driving sales growth and distributor team.

High computer literacy : PowerPoint, Words and advance skill in Excel.

Have driving license (SIM C).
