Job summary

PT WIK Far East Batam, a German company that manufactures Home Appliances in Batam, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations. You will supervise teams, manage material flow from receiving to production, and ensure inventory accuracy using SAP WM and MM modules.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, stocktaking support for Accounts, enforcing 6-S, and strict control of consumables while upholding safety and social accountability policies. Shift work is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position.
• Detail oriented with high standards in all areas.
• Good English reading, speaking and written skills.
• Solid skill in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform under high pressure and result oriented.
• Good attitude, adaptability to company culture, teamwork spirit and influence skills.
• Problem solving skills and able to handle multi-task and willingness work in shift

• Provide direct daily supervision of warehouse associates to achieve prescribed operational objectives within established timelines
• Step in to resolve conflicts that may arise between workers on site and exhibit good sense of judgment to ensure parties involved are treated fairly
• Conduct cycle count for critical materials or in case of uncertain stock
• Assist Accounts Department for annual stocktaking
• Make use of the SAP (WM) system for warehouse management and provide constructive advice/feedback for enhancing the system
• Implement the 6-S system for store and reduce materials damage and deterioration
• Strictly control consumable usage for warehouse and ensure no abusive use with workable control measures
• Ensure safety measures and Social Accountability procedures are followed

About you
