Baro Bali, part of Raya Collective, is seeking a Waitress/Waiter to join our front-of-house team in Pererenan, Bali. This full-time role places you at the heart of guest experience, delivering warm, attentive service to create memorable dining moments.

You will greet guests, take orders, coordinate with kitchen and bar, handle payments, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining area. Fluency in English and a professional attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• What we're looking for: experience as waiter/waitress or front-of-house, English fluency, strong communication, ability to manage multiple tables, standing for long periods, reliable and punctual, knowledge of service standards, and teamwork.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Waitress/Waiter to join the team at Baro Bali, part of the Raya Collective. This is a full-time position based in Pererenan Bali, where you will be at the heart of our guest experience. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service that defines our restaurant's reputation and ensures our guests leave with unforgettable memories. Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
• Present menus and provide knowledgeable recommendations about our dishes, beverages and specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders while noting any dietary requirements or preferences.
• Communicate orders clearly to the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and correct preparation.
• Serve food and beverages with professionalism, attention to detail and proper etiquette.
• Monitor table satisfaction throughout the meal and respond promptly to any guest requests or concerns.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions with integrity.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, tables and service stations.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen, bar and housekeeping teams to support smooth restaurant operations.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene and health regulations at all times.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience working as a waiter, waitress or in a similar front-of-house hospitality role.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests and build rapport.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tables simultaneously.
• Physical stamina and the ability to work standing for extended periods in a busy environment.
• Reliability and punctuality with a positive, professional attitude.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
• Ability to work well within a team and respond positively to feedback.
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is desirable.
