Job summary

Bottega Italiana Bali is a growing restaurant group in Bali seeking friendly Waiters/Waitresses to join the team. You will welcome guests, present menus, take orders, and ensure smooth service while maintaining a clean dining area and collaborating with kitchen and bar teams.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, teamwork, and the ability to handle guest requests with professionalism. Availability for shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required. Based in Bali.

Qualifications

• Previous waiter/waitress experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic to good English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.

Present menus and explain food and beverage options to guests.

Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently.

Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well-organized.

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.

Follow restaurant service standards and operational procedures.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Basic to good English communication skills.

Friendly, proactive, and well-groomed.

Able to work in a team and under pressure.

Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Must be domiciled in Bali and available for an offline interview in Bali.
