Raya Collective, based in Bali, seeks an experienced FOH Manager for Baro Bali in North Kuta. This full-time role leads front-of-house operations, guides the service team, and delivers exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant hospitality environment.

You will manage guest flow, reservations, and service quality while coordinating with kitchen and back-of-house teams. A passionate, organized leader with 3–5 years in FOH management will thrive here.

• Assist with staff scheduling to cover all service periods.
• Monitor costs, including labour, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Contribute to service policies and procedures and ensure accurate payments.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced FOH Manager to join the dynamic team at Baro Bali, part of the Raya Collective family. This is a full-time position based in North Kuta, Bali, offering an exciting opportunity to lead our front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional hospitality experiences to our guests. As FOH Manager, you will be the driving force behind creating memorable dining experiences, managing our service team, and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction. This role is pivotal to the success of our venue and requires a passionate, organised leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all front-of-house operations, including host stand management, table assignments, and guest flow throughout the dining service
• Lead, train, mentor and manage the waiting staff and host team, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent customer service standards
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere by greeting guests and ensuring their needs are met from arrival to departure
• Monitor service quality during all service periods and provide constructive feedback to staff to continuously improve performance
• Manage reservations, walk-ins and special occasions, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Liaise effectively with the kitchen and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service coordination
• Address guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly, implementing solutions to enhance satisfaction
• Assist with staff scheduling, ensuring adequate coverage and team availability for all service periods
• Monitor and control operating costs, including labour costs and resource management
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards throughout the front-of-house areas
• Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures
• Handle cash and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and security of all transactions

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in front-of-house management within a high-quality restaurant, bar or hospitality venue
• Proven track record of successfully managing and developing hospitality teams
• Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
• In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and hospitality best practices
• Proficiency in restaurant management systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while maintaining high standards
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required in the hospitality industry
• Experience in Bali's hospitality scene or familiarity with international dining venues is advantageous
• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are beneficial
