Job summary

Raya Collective, based in Bali, seeks an experienced FOH Manager for Baro Bali in North Kuta. This full-time role leads front-of-house operations, guides the service team, and delivers exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant hospitality environment.

You will manage guest flow, reservations, and service quality while coordinating with kitchen and back-of-house teams. A passionate, organized leader with 3–5 years in FOH management will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house teams in high-quality restaurants, bars or venues.
• Strong customer service focus with a passion for guest experiences.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to motivate staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-of-house operations including host stand, seating, and guest flow.
• Lead, train and manage waiting staff and hosts for consistent service.
• Greet guests and ensure needs are met from arrival to departure.
• Monitor service quality and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins and special occasions for smooth operations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and back-of-house to ensure seamless service.
• Address guest issues promptly to enhance satisfaction.
• Assist with staff scheduling to cover all service periods.
• Monitor costs, including labour, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Contribute to service policies and procedures and ensure accurate payments.
