Job summary

USAMS Indonesia is seeking a dynamic online sales operator to drive growth across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada. You will manage official stores, plan campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure brand consistency and customer trust.

You will collaborate with logistics to maintain inventory, lead live sessions, analyze ROAS and conversions, and use Excel/Google Sheets and AI tools to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or related roles.
• Experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Tokopedia preferred.
• Comfortable with sales data and performance reports.
• Strong understanding of online promotions and campaigns.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage official stores on e-commerce platforms end-to-end.
• Plan, execute, and monitor daily campaigns, mega campaigns, flash sales, and promotions to meet monthly sales targets.
• Monitor daily and monthly sales performance across channels.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain inventory and order fulfillment.
• Lead planning, execution, and performance tracking of live commerce sessions on TikTok and Shopee Live.
• Monitor and analyze key metrics, providing actionable insights for growth.
• Coordinate with marketplace platforms and partners as needed.
• Use Excel/Google Sheets and AI-based tools to support daily operational work.
