PT Maja Estetika Sejahtera is seeking an E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage daily operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada from our Jakarta office. You will ensure accurate product listings, pricing, stock, and promotional content while coordinating campaigns and analytics.

You will collaborate with Warehouse, Inventory, Customer Service, and Marketing to ensure smooth fulfillment, monitor performance metrics, and prepare routine reports with actionable insights.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required in business, management, marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in beauty, skincare, or FMCG.
• Familiar with major e-commerce platforms and operations processes.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily e-commerce operations across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, and Lazada.
• Ensure listings, pricing, stock, descriptions, images and promotions are accurate.
• Coordinate campaigns, vouchers, bundles, flash sales and special promos.
• Monitor daily sales performance, GMV, orders, conversions, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Inventory, CS, and Marketing for fulfillment and stock.
• Oversee order processing, shipping, returns and customer complaints.
• Support platform campaigns and ensure promotional mechanics are correct.
• Maintain catalog accuracy, platform compliance, and performance standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports with insights.
• Identify issues and propose solutions to improve efficiency and sales.
