Qualifications

• Experience in reservation or hospitality is preferred.

• Able to handle multiple bookings and requests.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest reservations and booking requests.
• Manage bookings from OTAs, WhatsApp, phone, AirBnB, Booking.com, Email, and other channels.
• Check room/villa availability and update booking information.
• Communicate with guests regarding reservations, payments, and special requests.
• Coordinate with the Villa Supervisor and Operations Team regarding guest arrivals and departures.
• Handle booking changes, cancellations, and guest inquiries.
• Ensure all reservation details are recorded accurately.
• Follow up on potential bookings and assist in increasing villa occupancy.
