Job summary

Bingin Villa Management in Bali is seeking a Reservation Specialist to be the primary contact for guests and manage inquiries, bookings, and payments with care to ensure a memorable stay.

You will coordinate calendars, respond across channels (email, phone, Airbnb/Booking.com) and work with the villa team to fulfill special requests, while maintaining accurate records and delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or reservation management (1–2 years preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with booking platforms and calendar management tools.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries via email, phone, and booking platforms.
• Manage villa booking calendar, reservations, payments, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with villa team to fulfill guest requirements.
• Provide villa information and local attractions to prospective guests.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and communications.
