Job summary

Individual Bali Hospitality (Denpasar) is seeking a motivated sales and reservations professional to handle inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and online channels. You will inform guests about villa availability, rates, services, and booking options, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Responsibilities include managing deposits, amendments, and cancellations, promoting villa services and upgrades, and maintaining precise reservation records in coordination with the operations team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, reservations, or customer service within hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of reservation systems, booking platforms, and basic sales processes.
• Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and well-organized.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
