KŌRA Villas in Ungasan, Uluwatu, Bali, seeks an experienced Villa Operations Manager to lead daily operations of our growing boutique brand.

You will oversee housekeeping, maintenance, guest services and outsourced staff, ensuring villas are pristine and ready for arrivals while maintaining service excellence. This hands-on, full-time role requires leadership, strong English, and a passion for hospitality; based in Bali with opportunities to shape guest experience and brand growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in villa, hotel or hospitality operations.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Based in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, guest services and outsourced staff
• Ensure villas meet KŌRA quality standards before guest arrival
• Manage guest communications, check-ins/outs, requests, feedback and complaints
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise operational staff and service providers
• Coordinate pool cleaning, gardening, maintenance, laundry and external suppliers
• Develop, implement and improve operational SOPs and checklists
• Monitor villa condition, inventory, supplies and maintenance needs
• Support budgeting, expense control and basic operational reporting
• Maintain high guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Provide regular updates and reports to KŌRA management
• Support partnerships and initiatives that improve guest experience

KŌRA Villas is looking for an experienced and hands‑on Villa Operations Manager to join our growing boutique hospitality brand in Ungasan, Uluwatu.

As one of the early members of the KŌRA team, you will play an important role in shaping our daily operations, service standards and guest experience from the beginning.

Employment: Full‑time

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, guest services and outsourced staff
• Ensure all villas are fully prepared and meet KŌRA quality standards before guest arrival
• Manage guest communication, check‑ins, check‑outs, requests, feedback and complaints
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise operational staff and service providers
• Coordinate pool cleaning, gardening, maintenance, laundry and external suppliers
• Develop, implement and improve operational SOPs and checklists
• Monitor villa condition, inventory, supplies and maintenance requirements
• Support budgeting, expense control and basic operational reporting
• Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Provide regular updates and reports to KŌRA management
• Support partnerships, collaborations and initiatives that improve guest experience and business performance

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in villa, hotel or hospitality operations
• Previous supervisory or management experience
• Strong leadership, communication and people‑management skills
• Excellent understanding of hospitality operations and guest service
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
• Proactive, reliable and service‑oriented
• Comfortable working hands‑on and managing multiple priorities
• Based in Bali
• Experience with luxury villas, international guests, OTAs or hospitality PMS platforms is an advantage
