Job summary

You will manage staff, coordinating housekeeping, maintenance, and service providers, optimize occupancy and pricing, and ensure exceptional guest experiences with attention to detail and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in villa management, hotels, guest houses or hospitality.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with guests and team.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with initiative and independence.
• Knowledge of booking platforms and OTA channels and revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and villa maintenance to ensure high standards.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, pool staff, and service providers.
• Manage guest check-ins/outs and respond promptly to requests; handle complaints calmly.
• Monitor reservations, pricing, occupancy, and market trends; apply dynamic pricing where appropriate.
• Lead staff and suppliers, schedule shifts, and ensure service quality.
• Communicate with owners/partners to optimise profitability and guest experience.
