Job summary

Coastal Grand Villas in Bali is seeking an outstanding Villa Manager who will oversee daily operations across housekeeping, maintenance, security, and landscaping, while welcoming guests and managing check-in/check-out.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Villa Manager experience in hospitality, understands property maintenance, and demonstrates strong leadership, reliability, and English proficiency; multilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily villa operations including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and landscaping.
• Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out efficiently.
• Address guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage villa budgets and cost control for operations and maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections to keep villas in excellent condition.
• Coordinate with villa owners and inform them about status and operations.
• Collaborate with owners on upgrading and maintenance plans.

We are looking for an outstanding Villa Manager who is passionate about turning and keeping our properties to the highest standards.

Villa Manager duties and responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning, including housekeeping, maintenance, security, and landscaping.
• Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
• Address guest requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Manage villa budgets, including cost control for operations and maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the villa is in excellent condition.
• Act as the primary point of contact between management and villa owners, ensuring they are informed about the property’s status and operations.
• Collaborate with owners to incorporate their preferences and suggestions into the villa’s upgrade and maintenance plan.

Proven working experience as Villa Manager with at least 2 years of experience

Working experience in the hospitality Industry

Understanding of Property Maintenance

Proficiency in English and multilingualism will be considered an asset
