Job summary

ILOT GROUP Bali is seeking a proactive Villa Manager to oversee all operational facets of a luxury villa in Bali. You will schedule, coordinate maintenance, ensure cleanliness and security, and manage the budget while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will lead and train the villa staff, set performance expectations, and build strong guest relationships in a fast-paced environment, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in villa or hospitality management.
• Strong leadership and guest service focus.
• Ability to manage budgets and staff in Bali.

About you

Ability to work with deadlines and under pressure
