Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory role within hotel, resort, or luxury villa environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Fluent or conversational English required.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• High attention to detail and service-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.
• Based in Bali.
