Job summary

PT. Impian Property Management in Bali is seeking an experienced Villa Manager to support operations of our resort and villa portfolio in the Uluwatu area.

The role is full-time and requires hands-on leadership across operations, guest services, and staff coordination to maintain exceptional guest experiences. You will manage budgets, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement while liaising with partners and authorities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as Villa Manager or similar role.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong operational and people management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in budget management, data analysis and reporting.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

The Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Villa Manager to join our team at PT. Impian Property Management in Badung, Bali. In this key role, you will be responsible for supporting the overall management and operations of our resorts and hospitality properties within the Uluwatu area. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing hospitality organization.

Key Responsibilities

Overseeing the daily operations and performance of multiple villas within the Uluwatu area

Monitor staff productivity, efficiency and customer service levels across all properties

Coordinate and supervise maintenance, housekeeping and guest services teams to ensure properties are well-maintained and guest experiences are exceptional

Contribute to the development and implementation of operational strategies, policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement

Liaise with local authorities, suppliers and partners to ensure smooth and compliant operations

Support the training and development of the area's hospitality teams.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 years' experience in a similar Villa Manager role within the hospitality industry

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Strong operational and people management skills with a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service

Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in budget management, data analysis and reporting

Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to driving continuous improvement

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays
