• Conduct regular villa inspections and ensure the property is clean, well-maintained and guest-ready.
• Check villas before guest arrivals and after guest departures.
• Monitor maintenance issues and coordinate repairs with contractors and technicians.
• Ensure staff follow SOPs and service standards.
• Manage staff schedules and daily task allocation.
• Communicate with guests regarding operational requests and resolve issues professionally.
• Report serious guest, maintenance or operational issues to management.
• Monitor villa inventory, amenities, linen and cleaning supplies.

Job description

The Villa Supervisor will coordinate the villa team, monitor property standards, communicate with guests and owners when required, and ensure all operational tasks are completed efficiently.
