Job summary

Bali Management Villas is seeking an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple villas in Uluwatu, Bali. The role focuses on managing day-to-day operations, driving guest satisfaction, and maintaining high service standards across properties.

You will lead several villa teams, coordinate with department heads, and ensure compliance with SOPs. The position requires strong leadership, 5+ years in villa/hotel operations, and English & Indonesian communication skills.

Bali Management Villas is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Area Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee multiple villa operations in Uluwatu, Bali.

Gross Salary: IDR 7,000,000 – 8,000,000 per month
Location: Uluwatu, Bali

About the Role

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of multiple villas within your assigned area. You will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high service standards, driving team performance, and ensuring guest satisfaction across all properties under your supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the operations of multiple villas within the assigned area.

Ensure daily operations run efficiently and in accordance with company SOPs and service standards.

Conduct regular villa inspections and operational audits to maintain quality and consistency.

Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant department heads to implement effective solutions.

Monitor the operational readiness and setup of new villas within the assigned area.

Ensure the availability of necessary supplies, equipment, and operational resources across all properties.

Lead, supervise, and coordinate villa teams to maintain operational excellence.

Prepare and submit operational, financial, and quality reports to senior management.

Implement and enforce company SOPs, safety procedures, and service standards consistently.

Drive continuous improvement in operational performance and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in villa or hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of multi-property villa or hotel operations.

Proven experience in managing multiple teams and coordinating across different departments.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to make sound decisions under pressure.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Honest, responsible, proactive, and committed to maintaining high operational and service standards.

Willing to work on-site and travel between villas within the assigned area.
