Neo Management, Bali-based luxury villa portfolio, seeks an organized reservations and guest communications manager to run bookings across Airbnb, Booking.com and direct channels, while keeping villa expenses under control.

This fully remote role collaborates with on-site teams; requires 2+ years in villa/hotel reservations, strong spreadsheet skills, English fluency, and Indonesian for local staff; own laptop and reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in villa/hotel reservations, property management, or hospitality operations.
• Hands-on experience with Airbnb and Booking.com extranets (channel manager/PMS experience is a strong plus).
• Strong skills in Google Sheets or Excel for expense and inventory tracking.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Bahasa Indonesia is required for coordinating with local staff.
• Excellent customer service and sales mindset for handling leads.
• Highly organised, reliable, and able to work independently without supervision.
• Available during Bali business hours (WITA) with flexibility for urgent guest matters.
• Own laptop and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and calendars across Airbnb, Booking.com and direct bookings, avoiding double bookings and gaps
• optimise calendar occupancy: fill orphan nights, adjust minimum stays, and suggest pricing changes based on demand and seasonality
• Schedule check-ins, check-outs, cleaning and maintenance in coordination with on-site staff
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest enquiries via WhatsApp Business, Airbnb and Booking.com messaging
• Follow up on rental leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
• Handle booking changes, special requests, and guest issues before, during and after stays
• Maintain strong guest review scores through proactive communication
• Track and record all villa expenses across both complexes
• Audit expenses and receipts for accuracy, flag irregularities, and reconcile with bookkeeping records
• Monitor supply and amenity stock levels (linen, toiletries, cleaning supplies, consumables) for each villa

We're looking for an organised, detail-driven manager to run reservations and guest communication, and to keep villa expenses, spending and supplies under tight control. This is a fully remote role working closely with on-site teams and management.
