Staff Fulfillment and Validation Analyst

Location: Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta, ID, 12560

• Managing unsecured mails on supporting documents, receiving and sending email related customer request.
• RMS Follow Up, Approval & admin: Supporting service team to validate request customer to ensure accuracy & completeness prior execution by Banking ops or Card ops.
• Authorization: Answering queries from service team related to Authorization process & managing acquiring bank for cancelling transaction. Involving contact center project to increase IVR & Digital channel penetration (Regeneration PIN CCIS & Report).

• Good knowledge in banking product & feature.
