Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new Treasures clients, as well as deepen relationships with existing clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to deliver a seamless and exceptional client experience.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize the Treasures offering.
• Mentor and develop the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
