Job summary

DBS Bank Jakarta Tomang Branch invites an experienced Wealth Management leader to drive growth in the Treasures segment. You will develop and implement strategies to acquire new Treasures clients, lead a team of Wealth Associates, and deliver tailored wealth solutions while upholding the highest service standards.

The role requires at least five years in wealth management, strong leadership, and excellent communication to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of wealth management experience with a proven client acquisition track record.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective strategies to acquire new Treasures clients.
Lead a team of Treasures Wealth Associates to achieve client acquisition targets and provide exceptional service.
Analyze market trends, client preferences, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored wealth management solutions to clients.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance skills and performance.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
