Qualifications

• Has experience in a similar leadership role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team to achieve business objectives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent customer service orientation and a deep understanding of the Treasures customer segment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Relationship Managers to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the Treasures customer base and deepen relationships with existing clients.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to the team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance the Treasures proposition and customer experience.
• Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
