• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth, increase client acquisition, and enhance segment performance.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, client events, and initiatives to promote the Treasures Banking brand.
• Provide leadership and guidance to a team of relationship managers, ensuring they deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
