Job summary

DBS Bank, Samarinda Branch, seeks a proven Relationship Manager leader to head a team in delivering exceptional client service and achieving business targets. You will develop strategies to grow the Treasures client base and deepen existing relationships.

Qualifications

• Has experience in a similar leadership role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and motivating a team to achieve business objectives.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent customer service orientation and a deep understanding of the Treasures customer segment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
