Job summary

DBS Bank Indonesia Bali Branch is seeking a proactive Product Sales leader for the Treasures segment. You will manage a team of business development professionals and drive growth by acquiring new Treasures clients and expanding relationships with existing clients.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales or business development team in banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to drive growth and acquire new Treasures clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of business development professionals to drive growth and expansion of the Treasures segment within the Consumer Banking Group
• Develop and execute strategic plans to identify and acquire new Treasures clients, and deepen relationships with existing clients
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations to deliver a seamless and exceptional client experience
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new business opportunities and optimize the Treasures offering
• Mentor and develop the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
