Qualifications

• Experience in travel operations or travel consultancy within hospitality/tourism.
• Knowledge of travel booking systems, GDS, and reservation platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage client itineraries and bookings.
• Liaise with hotels, airlines, and travel suppliers for best rates and services.
• Process travel documents including visas and insurance arrangements.
• Monitor bookings for accuracy and compliance with client specs.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve travel-related issues promptly.
• Prepare proposals and itineraries based on client requirements.
