Job summary

Travelingeropa group in Tangerang, Banten is seeking an experienced Tour Travel Operations Manager to lead and optimise our tour and travel operations. This full-time role requires steering end-to-end tour execution, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring outstanding service quality.

You will oversee itinerary planning, vendor relationships, and cost control while guiding Operations, Ticketing, Visa, PIC, and Customer Service teams to meet deadlines and standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in tour operations or travel management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tour packages and complex itineraries.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong leadership and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of tour operations, including itinerary planning and scheduling.
• Manage relationships with tour operators, hotels, and transport providers.
• Monitor costs while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Develop procedures and policies to improve efficiency across tour products.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing to ensure timely delivery of packages.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Prepare documentation including bookings, invoices and reports.
• Train, supervise, and support operations staff to meet standards.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead end-to-end travel operations across multiple teams to ensure timely delivery.
