Job summary

PT Smailing Tours & Travel Service is seeking a detail-oriented Travel Consultant to support planning and booking flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other travel-related services. You will ensure a seamless travel experience from start to finish for corporate and premium clients.

Responsibilities include end-to-end travel management, itinerary design, and ticketing for domestic and international trips, with a focus on accuracy and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Tourism & Hospitality
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Travel Consultant, preferably handling corporate or premium clients
• Strong knowledge of international travel, airlines, and accommodation options
• Proficient in GDS systems such as Galileo, Sabre, Abacus, or Althea
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset

• Design and prepare personalized travel itineraries based on client preferences and requirements
• Provide consultation on destinations, airlines, accommodations, and travel options
• Handle ticketing processes (booking, issuance, reissuance, and refund) for domestic and international travel
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and partners to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Assist clients with travel documentation, including visas, travel insurance, and other requirements
• Ensure accuracy in all travel arrangements and compliance with applicable regulations
• Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and airline policies
