You will handle inquiries via WhatsApp, email, and social media, prepare invoices and itineraries, and coordinate with drivers and the operations team to ensure smooth service. This role offers growth in a dynamic travel business and exposure to international clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in travel agent / rental / hospitality is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and work under pressure.
• Familiar with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and basic admin tools.
