Bali Sun Tours, Bali-based tour operator, seeks a Sales & OTA Staff to manage listings on OTA platforms, handle bookings, and grow sales through partnerships. English proficiency and OTA familiarity are essential, with a shift-friendly, team-oriented attitude.

Based in Bali, you’ll collaborate with operations to confirm bookings and contribute to promotional pricing and reports. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with a focus on customer service and accuracy.

Formación

• Minimum SMA/SMK, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in sales, reservations, or OTA management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Good command of spoken and written English; other foreign languages are a plus.
• Familiar with OTA platforms such as Klook, Viator, TripAdvisor, Agoda, KKday, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Sheets.
• Friendly, communicative, and customer-oriented.
• Detail-oriented, quick to respond, and comfortable working with targets.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work on a shift basis.
• Based in Bali

• Monitor and respond to guest reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking confirmations.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel agents and partners.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
• Support promotional campaigns and seasonal pricing updates.

As a Sales & OTA Staff, you will manage our presence on online travel platforms, handle bookings and guest inquiries, and help grow our sales through partnerships and great customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and update tour listings on OTA platforms (pricing, availability, product descriptions, photos)
