Job summary

TripGuru is seeking a Destination Manager (Indonesia) based in Bali to lead sourcing and relationship management with tour guides and local vendors. You will coordinate itineraries and ensure safety, legality and a high standard of customer experience. Collaborate with BD to optimize inventory and travel offerings.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in account management or travel industry, strong communication skills, and is proficient with G-Suite. Fluency in English and Indonesian is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Based in Bali, Indonesia with 1–2 years in related roles.
• Fluent or highly proficient in English and Indonesian/Balinese; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and maintain a network of tour guides to ensure operational and sales continuity.
• Negotiate with vendors, restaurants or activity providers for best rates and quality.
• Ensure reliability, legality and safety of tours through procedures and local regulations.
• Collaborate with the Business Development team to optimize itineraries and inventory.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned.
