Job summary

Cahaya Jakarta Group is seeking a qualified trainer to enhance the company’s workforce through structured training programs. The role focuses on creating materials, delivering internal and external sessions, and maintaining rigorous training records.

You will coordinate induction programs, support organizational development, and manage the LMS to ensure accessible learning. Strong communication and mastery of MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of training implementation experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in developing and creating training materials.
• Trainer experience mandatory.
• Proven ability to develop training reports and maintain documentation.
• Proficient with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Detail-oriented and thorough; able to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with PowerPoint and Canva for presentations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and regularly update training materials aligned with competency development needs for soft and hard skills.
• Plan and run internal and external training programs to enhance employee capabilities.
• Coordinate and manage training sessions and workshops across all levels.
• Compile reports on training outcomes and provide improvement recommendations.
• Assist in induction programs for new hires to convey culture and policies.
• Contribute to organizational development initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Administer and improve the learning management system for effective delivery.
• Serve as trainer or facilitator for programs matching personal expertise.

Responsibilities:

1. Create and regularly update training materials that align with the company's employee competency development needs, covering both soft skills (e.g., communication, teamwork, leadership) and hard skills (e.g., technical or job-specific knowledge).
2. Plan and carry out internal and external training programs to enhance employee capabilities in line with company goals and competency standards.
3. Coordinate and manage training sessions and workshops to support individual and team development across all levels of the organization.
4. Compile reports on training outcomes, progress, and provide recommendations for future program improvements.
5. Assist in conducting induction programs for new hires to ensure they understand the company’s culture, policies, and work environment.
6. Contribute to organizational development initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and performance of all business units.
7. Administer and continuously improve the company’s learning management system to ensure effective and accessible training delivery.
8. Serve as a trainer or facilitator for specific training programs according to personal expertise and competencies.

Job Qualifications:

1. Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a relevant major.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training implementation or as a person in charge of training in a manufacturing company.
3. Proven experience in developing and creating training materials.
4. Experience as a Trainer (mandatory).
5. Experienced in creating training reports and maintaining training documentation.
6. Proficient in operating a Learning Management System (LMS).
7. Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks.
8. Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
9. Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
10. Familiar with presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Canva.
11. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
12. Willing to be Placed in Jababeka 2 - Cikarang, West Java
