Job summary

Cahaya Jakarta Group is seeking a senior Human Capital leader to shape Organization Development, Talent Development, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition strategies in a manufacturing context. You will partner with management to drive competency frameworks, succession planning, and a data-driven people agenda.

In this role, you will design and implement development programs, build an employer brand to attract top talent, and monitor HC metrics to continuously improve recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position within the manufacturing industry related industries.
• Strong understanding of competency development, talent management, and organization development.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical thinking skills.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Willing to be placed at Jababeka 2, Cikarang.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Human Capital Development strategies covering Organization Development, Talent Development, Learning & Development, and Talent Acquisition to support organizational growth and business sustainability.
• Develop and implement competency development frameworks, talent management systems, and succession planning programs.
• Design and execute organization development initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness, employee capability, and performance culture.
• Manage learning & development programs including training needs analysis, leadership development, and employee capability enhancement.
• Develop effective talent acquisition strategies, talent pipeline, and employer branding initiatives to ensure timely fulfillment of high-quality talent.
• Analyze organizational structure, manpower capability, and development needs to support business objectives.
• Collaborate with management and department heads to align HC strategies with business direction.
• Monitor HC metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve recruitment effectiveness and people development initiatives.
• Foster a strong performance-driven, agile, and continuous improvement culture within the organization.
