Job summary

Cahaya Jakarta is seeking a Training and Development professional to design and deliver training programs, update materials, and manage the LMS for the organization in Cikarang. You will drive competency development, oversee induction programs, and support organizational development efforts.

The role requires a proven trainer with 4+ years in manufacturing training, strong admin skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines, with proficiency in MS Office and Canva for materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a relevant major.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in training implementation or as a person in charge of training in a manufacturing company.
• Proven experience in developing and creating training materials.
• Experience as a Trainer (mandatory).
• Good understanding of administrative processes and filing systems.
• Able to input and monitor training data in a structured and systematic manner.
• Experienced in creating training reports and maintaining training documentation.
• Proficient in operating a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Detail-oriented and thorough in completing tasks.
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with presentation tools such as PowerPoint and Canva.
• Proactive and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
• Disciplined and responsible in carrying out duties.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willing to be Placed in Jababeka 2 - Cikarang, West Java

Responsibilities

• Create and regularly update training materials that align with the company’s employee competency development needs, covering both soft skills (e.g., communication, teamwork, leadership) and hard skills (e.g., technical or job-specific knowledge).
• Plan and carry out internal and external training programs to enhance employee capabilities in line with company goals and competency standards.
• Coordinate and manage training sessions and workshops to support individual and team development across all levels of the organization.
• Compile reports on training outcomes, progress, and provide recommendations for future program improvements.
• Assist in conducting induction programs for new hires to ensure they understand the company’s culture, policies, and work environment.
• Contribute to organizational development initiatives aimed at improving the efficiency and performance of all business units.
• Administer and continuously improve the company’s learning management system to ensure effective and accessible training delivery.
• Serve as a trainer or facilitator for specific training programs according to personal expertise and competencies.
