Job summary

A leading consumer electronics company in Jakarta is seeking a Training Supervisor to design and implement effective sales training programs. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 3 years of experience in training within the consumer electronics sector. Fluency in English and Mandarin, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments are essential. This role involves regular evaluations of training programs and individual performance, fostering a culture of open communication and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in Consumer Electronics.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Training or equivalent.
• Presentable and articulate; excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and nonverbal).
• Ability to adapt to dynamic situations and frequent travel.

Responsibilities

• Design quality sales training programs within budget limitations.
• Schedule individual and team training plans regularly.
• Evaluate strengths and weaknesses to identify training needs monthly.
• Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
• Choose appropriate training methods (In-class, In-Store, Online, etc.).
• Design onboarding sessions for new hires.
• Evaluate team and individual performance.
• Report on training program effectiveness.

• Maintain updated curriculum database and training record
• Stay up to date with employee development trends

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in Consumer Electronics
