Job summary

PT Vinfast Automobile Indonesia is seeking a Training and Development professional to design and deliver training programs for employees, particularly in production and technical teams. The role involves needs analysis, material preparation, scheduling, and reporting.

You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to boost competency, support onboarding and technical training for new staff, and ensure effective training outcomes. Subang, West Java placement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in HR, Education, Engineering, Management or related field.
• 2+ years in Training & Development, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of technical/manufacturing processes, ideally automotive.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficient English communication, both written and spoken.
