Job summary

PT DGP Boga (Waroeng Sambal Bakar) in Jakarta Timur is seeking a Trainer to deliver and develop training programs across onboarding, technical training, leadership development, and other staff initiatives. You will create learning materials, including modules, slides, videos, and handouts, and ensure SOPs are well-documented and aligned with company standards.

The role requires a minimum of a D3/S1 and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education qualification in any field.
• Preferred qualifications in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Trainer, Training Officer, Learning & Development, or similar position.
• Experience in F&B, Retail, Hotel, or Hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Willing to be placed at head office in Cipayung, East Jakarta.

Responsibilities

Job description

Trainer responsible for delivering and developing organizational training and development programs across onboarding, technical training, leadership training, and other human resource development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Deliver training programs including onboarding, refresh training, technical training, leadership training, and other staff development programs

Develop and create learning materials including training modules, presentation slides, learning videos, handouts, and supporting media

Develop, revise, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure each SOP is well-documented, easily understood, and aligned with company operational standards

Manage training administration including scheduling, attendance, documentation, participant database, and training implementation reports

Coordinate with Operational, HR, and relevant departments to plan, implement, and evaluate training programs according to company needs

About you

Minimum D3/S1 education qualification in any field

Preferred qualifications in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields

Minimum 1 year experience as Trainer, Training Officer, Learning & Development, HRD Training, or similar position
