Job summary

PT. KOBUS SMART SERVICE is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver technical and non-technical training to new engineers and staff while developing and maintaining training materials and programs.

• Minimum education: D3/S1, preferably in Engineering or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience as a trainer or facilitator.
• Ability to develop presentation materials, training modules, and work guides.
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to conduct Training Need Analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience delivering technical training on machinery is a plus.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical and non-technical training to new engineers and employees on products and services
• Prepare and develop technical and non-technical training materials according to business and operational needs
• Conduct training effectiveness evaluations
• Manage training administration
• Coordinate with operational teams and subject matter experts to ensure training materials remain current
• Compile training results reports and recommendations for participant competency development

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Engineering (Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, or related fields)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer, Learning Facilitator, Training Instructor, or similar position
• Able to develop presentation materials, training modules, and work guides
• Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
• Ability to conduct Training Need Analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Experience providing technical training on machinery is a plus
• Work experience in technology, banking, payment systems, or managed services industries is a plus
• Willing to undertake official travel as required for training delivery
