• Prepare training materials, attendance records, evaluation forms, and learning administration documents.
• Maintain training records and employee learning data accurately.
• Assist in monitoring training effectiveness and preparing training reports and evaluations.
• Support development and implementation of Learning & Development initiatives based on organizational needs.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external training providers.
• Perform other administrative and operational tasks related to Learning & Development as required.
