Gokomodo, Indonesia's leading B2B agribusiness platform, seeks an HR Regional Lead to oversee HR operations, GA, and training for multiple locations. You will partner with Regional Leaders to drive people strategies, ensure policy compliance, and manage employee lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR.
• Experience managing HR Operations, Training/L&D, and/or General Affairs.
• Experience managing multiple locations or a geographically dispersed workforce is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and Indonesian manpower regulations.
• Able to travel to assigned regional locations when required.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across assigned regional locations and ensure effective implementation of company HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, and offboarding.
• Monitor attendance, leave, employee administration, and HR documentation.
• Handle employee relations issues and provide appropriate HR solutions in collaboration with management.
• Supervise and oversee the overall operation of the regional Training Center to ensure smooth and effective implementation.
• Monitor the execution of training programs, schedules, batches, and participant management.
• Oversee regional GA operations to ensure smooth day-to-day business activities, including office/store facilities, utilities, equipment, and assets.
• Act as a strategic HR partner to Regional/Area Operations Leaders and provide HR insights and recommendations to support business and manpower decisions.
• Lead and develop the regional HR/GA team to achieve operational targets.
• Drive HR initiatives and change management across regional locations.

HR Regional Lead reporting to the HRBP Manager within the Marketing & Corporate Affairs Department. This role leads day-to-day HR operations across assigned regional locations, overseeing HR Operations, Training Center Management, General Affairs, and serving as a strategic business partner to Regional/Area Operations Leaders.

About you

• Experience managing multiple locations or a geographically dispersed workforce is preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and Indonesian manpower regulations
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to travel to assigned regional locations when required
