Job summary

Grand Indonesia seeks a qualified Learning & Development Coordinator to drive end-to-end training programs in Jakarta. You will handle registration, logistics, evaluations, and meticulous record-keeping, ensuring smooth execution of development initiatives.

You will support training budgets, contribute to L&D plans, and provide employee information on programs, while collaborating with internal teams and vendors to deliver impactful learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other digital platforms.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, reporting, and project coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer end-to-end training and development activities, including registration, participant management, logistics, learning evaluations, and training records/reports.
• Assist in preparation, monitoring, and administration of training budgets, reports, and related documentation.
• Develop, implement, and improve Training and Development plans, policies, SOPs, and procedures.
• Provide information and administrative support to employees regarding training programs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective delivery of learning programs, evaluations, reporting, and employee engagement.
