Job summary

KALBE NUTRITIONALS in Jakarta Timur is seeking a Training Specialist for frontliners to design effective training methods that ensure understanding of Unique Selling Points, product knowledge, and customer approach.

You will collaborate with brand marketing, medical marketing, and internal training teams to create syllabus standards, monitor trainer and frontliner knowledge, and assess KPIs through field evaluations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Frontliner Management.
• Collaborate with brand marketing, medical marketing, and internal training teams to create syllabus standards.
• Monitor and evaluate trainer and frontliner knowledge to ensure KPIs.
• Conduct market visits to identify issues and determine program development actions.
• Create questions on campaigns, ingredients, USP, and communication methods to set competency standards.

Develop effective and practical training methods to ensure Frontliners fully understand and master Unique Selling Points, product knowledge, and customer approach, as well as the ability to communicate product benefits clearly so consumers can easily understand.

Job Description :

Monitor, supervise, and periodically evaluate the compliance knowledge of team trainers and frontliners to ensure they achieve the specified KPIs.

Conduct market visits and study existing issues in the field to determine strategic steps in program development or appropriate corrective actions.

Create regular questions related to campaign updates, product ingredients, unique selling points, and communication methods to determine the competency standards of team trainers and frontliners.
